Asian Red Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients
4 T sesame seeds
4 T rice wine vinegar
½ t sesame oil
2 T white sugar
4 T olive oil
½ t salt
4 c shredded red cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
1 (3 oz) package ramen noodles, crushed (oriental flavor works well)
Directions

Place the sesame seeds in a shallow pan on medium heat and toast until slightly brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and ramen noodles flavoring packet.

In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrots, and crushed ramen noodles. Toss with dressing to coat evenly. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
